  We have recently been made aware of someone spoofing our email address and sending unsolicited email out to various people. We work hard to try to find and report such spoofing attempts.

  We send out emails regarding new products, but this is rare as we do not wish to SPAM our users.. We currently do not provide any services, especially financial services. If you receive an email offering a service or has adult pornography (such as offers of nude photos or illegal content) with our email address on it, it did not come from us. Our website is mainly for the sale of products.

  When you order or otherwise enter one of our give aways, you are opting in to receive emails from us. We use email or the phone number you gave when you ordered to contact you if we need additional information or have questions regarding your order. We do not ask for personal information such as passwords or credit card information using email. If you receive an email asking for personal information that is usually not given out in emails or has a link for you to click and then asks for sensitive information, please do not reply to this type of email as this is usually a spoofed or phishing type of email. If there is a problem with your order or problems regarding credit cards, we may email you about the problem. We will call you to get correct information or ask you to call us if we need sensitive information regarding your order.

  If we contact you by email, we will have your order number listed in either the email itself or the subject line. Also, your order may be listed in the email WITHOUT any credit card information listed. If we call you, we will provide your order number upon request. You may use either one of these options to compare this to your email receipt you received when you ordered.
