Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. A defective product may be exchanged for the same type product only. Products damaged in shipment may be exchanged following special rules (most claims for damage are handled through the carrier. If claim cannot be handled by carrier, contact us for instructions. see contact info below). No refunds for products damaged in shipment. Customer must contact Brock's Unique Gifts for an RA # (return authorization number). Please put any manufacturer's materials, instructions, paperwork, parts and accessories, if any, in original box and ship per instructions given via email. Certain items may not be returned regardless of damage and/or defect. In this case a replacement will be issued in a timely manner.
